EKA has been making knives in Eskilstuna since 1882. In each knife they combine an extensive experience with new technology and a tradition of Scandanavian craftmanship. The stainless blades are made of Swedish steel from Sandvik. Each part is crafted with great care to ensure optimum safety, strength, and function.

A new combi knife with locked blade.

The SwingBlade is a joint development by EKA and Outdoor Edge (USA) of the successful non-locked EKA E8 Combi Knife. The 10 cm knife blade is designed for effective skinning as well as general-purpose cutting. The 8 cm gut opener has a stubnose to prevent damage to internal organs. Cutting from the inside also means that the edge will stay sharper longer. The blade is made of Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel and is hardened to 57-59 Rockwell.

Knife Blade is 10 cm long and the gut opener blade 8 cm.

Sheath of hard plastic with a soft outside cover.

Steel quality is AUS-8 hardened to 57-59 HRC.
