There is more than 300 years experience behind today's modern Frosts factory. Frosts Knivfabrik was started more than 100 years ago by Erik Frost, an experienced knifesmith in the village of Ostnor outside of Mora, Sweden. His "Mora knives" were soon widely acclaimed not only throughout Sweden but also abroad. Success was quickly gained through their superior and outstanding sharpness and toughness. Fourth generation knifesmiths carry on the traditions in a modern factory situated on the same site as the original from 1891.

The 711 Carbon is very adaptable and very sharp knife with a patterned high-friction grip handle. High quality Swedish Sandvik Carbon steel gives this knife a real quality cutting ability that Mora Knives are famous for. Blade length 100 mm.

This high carbon steel knife has a razor sharp edge and performs superbly for its price. It is a knife designed purely to function and it won`t let you down. The textured plastic handle provides an excellent grip whilst a plastic cooks sheath receives the knife with a reassuring grasp.
