Price Promise

We are so confident that our prices are the lowest available in the UK, that if you order from us online and find the same goods cheaper elsewhere in the UK within seven days of ordering, we will match the price.

Please note that any prices must be published in a UK brochure or website, and priced in GBP Pounds Sterling. Goods must be new, identical, freely available to any member of the public, and in stock for purchase on that same day. The offer must be identical, including any free items or incentives. This does not apply to auction sites, seller must have an established online store.
The price must also be for the same quantity as ordered, and therefore excludes any inappropriate bulk discounts. This guarantee applies to goods only, and does not apply to Postage and Packaging.

In the unlikely event that you wish to make a claim, simply send us a link to the appropriate web page or scan of the advert, along with your order number, and once we have confirmed availability we will immediately refund the appropriate amount to your card.
